Affordable homes aren’t just priced for affordability, but they are built for the owner to be able to afford to live in them.
Our program is designed to provide homeownership opportunities for low to moderate income families, revitalize neighborhoods and build healthy communities. We build well designed quality homes that are energy efficient and yet affordable. Some of our partners who assist us in making affordable homeownership possible are the City of Chattanooga, Chattanooga Housing Authority, Urban League of Chattanooga, Community Impact of Chattanooga, and Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise. Qualified Homebuyers who meet income limit restrictions will be able to purchase our homes at a very affordable price.
Eligibility Requirements: The buyers who are qualified to purchase our homes must be considered low income. Applicants’ income must be at or below 80% of area median income (Please call to find out if you can qualify) Applicants must be pre-qualified for a mortgage loan (THDA or comparable) from a reputable lender. (Written proof of pre-qualification is required.) Applicants must complete a homebuyer's education program.
